Hi, I’m Cristina Woodall, a fully qualified Level 3 Mat work Pilates Teacher and Exercise Referral Instructor. I recently relocated to Portugal and I now teach online Pilates classes, supporting women internationally to feel stronger, more mobile and more at ease in their bodies — especially through the changes that come with midlife.
If you’re in your 40s, 50s or beyond, you may be noticing that your body doesn’t respond in the same way it once did. Stiffness, tight hips, back pain, poor posture, reduced core strength, joint aches, fatigue, stress, and hormonal shifts can all start to creep in — often gradually, and sometimes all at once.
That’s where Pilates becomes truly powerful.
FlowMotion Pilates is designed to help you rebuild strength from the inside out — improving posture, core stability, flexibility and body confidence without high-impact workouts that leave you drained or injured. This is Pilates with purpose: precise, supportive and deeply effective.
