
If you’re completely new to Pilates, you are very welcome — however, for safety and the best experience, beginners should start with a dedicated Foundation route rather than joining mixed-level classes immediately.

Join the weekly beginner session on Tuesdays at 10:00am GMT to learn Pilates step-by-step.
Option 2 — Foundation Video Series (coming soon):
Prefer to start at your own pace? A short on-demand Foundation series will be available soon.
Once you’ve completed the beginner stage, you’ll be ready to join the main live timetable with confidence.
You will need a nice quiet space where you can lay your mat and have enough space to move your limbs around, and a good internet connection.
