These classes are suitable for people who have done Pilates before and understand the basics of the practice. Although I do try to keep an eye on what you are doing during the class, being a 2D medium makes it difficult to see everything clearly and from all angles. It is therefore important that you already have good knowledge of Pilates (e.g. correct alignment, posture and positioning, core engagement and breathing) before attending these classes.
FlowMotion Pilates cannot accept any responsibility for any problems or issues arising from participation on online classes without previous experience and knowledge of Pilates.
Participation requires the purchase of a monthly membership as outlined in our "Join a Class" page.
You will need a nice quiet space where you can lay your mat and have enough space to move your limbs around, and a good internet connection.
